Of course, I provide energy and motivation from the sidelines, but from experience I firmly believe that the real embedding of new habits takes place in between workshops. I have worked globally since 2006 in the pharmaceutical industry, designing workshops, leadership programmes and talent academies.
I have been teaching in the university world since 2001, where I delivered courses in philosophy and communication. Since then, I have spent hundreds of days as a consultant at various universities.
Larger players in the private sector have been my regular playground, where since 2006 I have acted as a trusted advisor to many managers and HR managers after delivering workshops.
In the public sector, I have delivered long-term leadership development programmes, absenteeism reduction programmes, and well-being and motivation improvement.
