It’s all about you, when I deliver a workshop. Before, during and after the workshop. Of course, I provide energy and motivation from the sidelines, but from experience I firmly believe that the real embedding of new habits takes place in between workshops. That’s why you get the customised workshop booklets. And that is why I find I’m at my very best, when I’m invisible AND when you’re engaged in an exercise that is both psychologically grounded as well as entertainingly learning.
Has a masters degree in Philosophy and French with further studies in Strategy, Management and Psychology.

As a curiosity, delivered a lot of workshops in French, and has a penchant for themes touching on trust, authenticity, self-awareness, value integration and proximity to practice.
