Ambitious Teams ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mobilepay Online. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK) Ambitious Teams ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

There is a 14 day full return policy on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs are your responsibility. Any wish to withdraw must be notified to us within 14 days of delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your right of withdrawal. Requests for withdrawal should be sent to info@ambitiousteams.dk. The notification must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will get a small part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to Ambitious Teams ApS to assess the condition of the goods.

There are 2 years warranty on products under the Danish Purchase Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material and workmanship. Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Ambitious Teams ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable freight costs. Complaints will not be accepted if the product has been handled incorrectly or in an unusual way. Ambitious Teams ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
