The coaching is anchored in valid psychometrics in the form of the Insights Discovery Person Profile, which is a 23-page easily accessible profile description of you.
When we agree the date for the coaching, we will also talk about what is going on in your life. Based on our dialogue, Ambitious Teams will design a series of exercises and challenges that you are deemed to benefit from. At the same time, you will receive a link to Insights’ Profile Evaluator. This allows your own Insights Profile to be generated. You will thus not only receive coaching, but also a personal profile and a coaching booklet tailored to your needs. The date will be agreed once you have completed the Profile Evaluator.
